No, you don't need to provide any cleaning supplies. Polish & Sparkle brings all the necessary tools and products to ensure your home is spotless. If you have any allergies, please inform us in advance.

The standard cleaning service covers exterior cleaning of kitchen appliances, deep-cleaning of stone, marble, or quartz surfaces, detailing fixtures and sinks, vacuuming and mopping floors, full bathroom detailing, polishing glass and chrome fixtures, detailed dusting of all surfaces in bedrooms, hallways, and common areas, and sanitizing furniture and high-touch surfaces like switch plates and doorknobs.

Yes, the standard cleaning service does not cover heavy lifting or moving large furniture, washing walls or ceilings, removing paint or construction dust, doing dishes or laundry, organizing personal belongings, disposing of large or hazardous items, or outdoor cleaning unless specified.

You can enhance your cleaning package with add-ons like interior oven and refrigerator cleaning, bed making and sheet changes, laundry folding, cabinet interior cleaning, and trash bin sanitation. All necessary supplies and equipment are included.

If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the total service cost.
