Cancellation Policy

Polish & Sparkle LLC Service Policy: We understand that plans can change! To ensure smooth scheduling and deliver the best service possible, please review the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the property, the full service cost will be charged. No Refund Policy: Once a cleaning service is completed, we do not issue refunds. If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to return and address any concerns. Liability Waiver: Polish & Sparkle LLC shall not be held liable for any damage to property, surfaces, fixtures, or personal belongings, whether pre-existing or arising during or after the cleaning service. This includes scratches, marks, wear, discoloration, or damages that may become visible once dirt, dust, residue, or buildup is removed. By scheduling service, the client agrees to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Polish & Sparkle LLC, its owners, and its contractors from any claims, losses, or damages of any kind related to the cleaning services performed. Media & Photo Consent: By booking our services, you grant Polish & Sparkle the right to take non-identifiable photos and videos of areas within your home or property for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and business listings (e.g., Google). We will never share images that include individuals, or identifying information without your explicit consent. If you prefer not to have any photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing before your scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to serving you!
