Cancellation Policy

Polish & Sparkle LLC Service Policy: We understand that plans can change! To ensure smooth scheduling and deliver the best service possible, please review the following policy: Cancellations & Rescheduling Minimum Notice: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the total service cost will apply. No-Show Fee: If we arrive at the scheduled time and are unable to access the property, the full service cost will be charged. No Refund Policy Once a cleaning service is completed, we do not issue refunds. If any part of the service does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll be happy to return and address any concerns. Media & Photo Consent By booking our services, you grant Polish & Sparkle the right to take non-identifiable photos and videos of areas within your home or property for marketing purposes, including but not limited to our website, social media, and business listings (e.g., Google). We will never share images that include individuals, or identifying information without your explicit consent. If you prefer not to have any photos taken or shared, please notify us in writing before your scheduled service. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to serving you!
